We will need to know the following information if you choose this method of payment:

• Your name and all initials as they appear on the card
  
• The card number
  
• The expiry date
  
• And valid from date and issue number in the case of SWITCH cards
  
• The registered address to which card statements are sent.
  
• Plus, the last 3 security numbers on the back of the card

All cheques should be issued in UK POUNDS (sterling) and made payable to SOUNDS TRAVEL MUSIC W(e)B STORE.

POSTAGE
In general the service provided by the Post Office in the UK is reliable but the option of choosing insured postage is available.
Insured post has to be signed for of course, but there is the advantage of guaranteed delivery and cover for losses and breakages.
Items which are not insured are virtually untraceable by the Post Office and compensation for lost packages cannot be guaranteed.
If you use a credit card method of payment you should be able to make a claim on that insurance.
However, at your own risk, packages can be sent by ordinary post on request.
